Summer Enrichment
This year Ile Omode is providing additional summer enrichment work. The provided work focuses on math and language arts. The 3-week session is conducted solely online and via Zoom.
Math Courses
- Pre-Algebra Readiness — Reintroduction to all elementary math concepts, fraction operations, real number computations, and word problems
- Algebra Readiness — Prepares for high school Algebra 1: fractions, multi-variable equations, integer operations
- Geometry Readiness — Intermediate Algebra, polynomials, factoring, quadratic equations, right triangle theorem
Language (Reading & Vocabulary)
Covers vocabulary development, reading, and writing, with emphasis on reading comprehension using current news stories.
Tuition
$200 for both classes | $125 for one class. Open to Ile Omode and non-Ile Omode students.
Required: Newly enrolled students must take both courses. Students who didn’t earn automatic placement need G+/B+ or higher to advance.
